Super Easy High Protein Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Vegan Cocolate mousse

This chocolate mousse is a perfect treat for the afternoon, or as a snack at work. It has all the good complete protein from Tofu, some extra protein from peanut butter, the anti-oxidants and great dose of magnesium from cacao, and for a little lift of energy you can use some maple syrup, raw brown sugar, or for vegetarians you can use some honey.

It is absolutely delicious and super easy to make even for those with a busy schedule. Try it!

–          14-ounce pack of tofu (silken or soft works best)

–          1/3 cup of natural peanut butter

–          1/3 cup of cacao

–          1/3 cup maple syrup or honey (can use alternative sweetener)

Mix all above together in a food processor, chill and enjoy! – easy as that 🙂
